Attend a Personalization Event

While not mandatory, these sessions are highly recommended for ensuring CPOE success.

A PowerChart adoption coach will assist with the following and ensure that:

• Your views are set up according to your practice needs.
• Your favorite order sets are identified and organized.
• You learn how to modify and save a favorite order set.
• If you are a surgeon or proceduralist, the coach will ensure that you know how to place your first-day surgery/procedure orders.
• These individual sessions are anticipated to be 30 to 60 minutes long.

When:

• Beginning May 29 and continuing through go-live activation.
• 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Where:

• RJH and VGH Surgical and Physician Lounges.
• Engagement Labs: RJH – RB 203 and VGH – S275.

Medical staff are welcome to attend a personalization event at either RJH or VGH for their convenience.

Providers who work exclusively at VGH/SISC/GRH will have an additional opportunity to attend personalization fairs closer to their September 14th go-live, so they do not need to attend the current sessions.
