What is a personalization event?
While not mandatory, these sessions are highly recommended for ensuring CPOE success.
A PowerChart adoption coach will assist with the following and ensure that:
- Your views are set up according to your practice needs.
- Your favorite order sets are identified and organized.
- You learn how to modify and save a favorite order set.
- If you are a surgeon or proceduralist, the coach will ensure that you know how to place your first-day surgery/procedure orders.
- These individual sessions are anticipated to be 30 to 60 minutes long.
When:
- Beginning a few weeks before Go-Live and continuing through the activation.
- 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where:
- Physician lounges and engagement labs where Go-Lives are taking place.
