What is a personalization session?
While not mandatory, these sessions are highly recommended for ensuring CPOE success.
A PowerChart adoption coach will assist with the following and ensure that:
- Your views are set up according to your practice needs.
- Your favorite order sets are identified and organized.
- You learn how to modify and save a favorite order set.
- If you are a surgeon or proceduralist, the coach will ensure that you know how to place your first-day surgery/procedure orders.
These individual sessions are anticipated to be 30 to 60 minutes long.
When: Beginning April 22, 2025 and continuing until go-live activation from 0730-1530.
Where: Two options:
- Drop-In: Visit the CDH Surgical Lounge anytime between 0730-1530 Monday to Friday and have a ProEX team member assist you
- Scheduled: Email IHealthEducation@islandhealth.ca to schedule a virtual or onsite session with a ProEX team member
