Band-Aid support tool on CDH desktops offers quick access to support
A new widget known as the Band-Aid support tool (image below) now appears at the top of desktop computer screens at CDH. The tool helps staff request at-the-elbow or remote support directly from their desktops during IHealth Go-Live. Until Go-Live, Band-Aid enables access to EHR Learning Hub resources, allows you to search for automated fixes for common issues and to contact the Service Desk for support.

- Drop-In: Visit the CDH Surgical Lounge anytime between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday and have a ProEX team member assist you
- Scheduled: Email IHealthEducation@islandhealth.ca to schedule a virtual or onsite session with a ProEX team member
