CDH CPOE Go-Live delayed
The CDH IHealth activation will be rescheduled to take place after March 31, 2025.
We want to acknowledge and thank you all for the incredible work undertaken across CDH to prepare for this activation. We also want to express our understanding and apologize for the impacts of this rescheduling on your teams, also to colleagues from other sites in the Cowichan Valley and across the region who are supporting the Go-Live.
Island Health continues to advance its plan to complete implementation of the advanced electronic health record, and we intend to reschedule the CDH implementation date as soon as possible in the next fiscal year.
